RETURNS

All sales are final due to the nature of products and to avoid any potential fraudulent items. We do not allow order cancellations after 4 hours of placing an order. Nor do we accept returns or substitutions of any items. If you receive a package with damaged product please contact us at contact@justarrivedbox.com. 

SHIPPING

Orders $50+ ship for FREE (within the 48 continental United States) and may take anywhere from 3-10 business days to be delivered to addresses in the continental US via USPS Mail. You will receive an email notification when your box has shipped.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available. We currently do not offer express shipping to these destinations, standard shipping time is 6-10 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We will ship internationally. However, all shipping, fees and duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Just Arrived will not incur any of these costs. 

DELAYS

There may be shipping delays due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as weather conditions. The customer is responsible for all costs related to incorrectly addressed orders. We are not responsible for stolen or lost items.

TAXES & DUTIES

Please note that depending on your order and state/country, you may be liable to pay local taxes and duties on receipt of your order, for which Just Arrived cannot accept liability.
